To delete all data linked to your device or account in the SkyHeinz Pilot app:
In the app: INFO » YOUR DATA » DELETE MY DATA. This removes all practice data linked to your device immediately.
Without the app (e.g. already uninstalled): email db@skyheinz.com from any address, subject "Delete my SkyHeinz Pilot data". We delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What we store: practice attempts (transcripts and scores) linked to an anonymous device ID, and voice recordings processed transiently for grading. No name, no email, no account is required by the app.
