What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address, organisation and message you send us. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and running. They are deleted automatically after at most 90 days.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising.

Who processes data for us

• Hetzner Online GmbH hosts this website.
• Our email provider delivers contact form messages to our mailbox.

We do not sell personal data.

Former SkyHeinz services

If you had an account on the former SkyHeinz transcription website or used the SkyHeinz Pilot app and want your data deleted, email db@skyheinz.com and we will delete it.
